Shipping:

• All shipments are FOB shipping point.
• Shipments will be completed “Best Way” and added to invoice unless otherwise directed.
• We will Drop Ship for distributors in good standing. If a Drop shipment is refused or returned a restocking charge will be applied unless the return is the fault of AZLH.

Returns:

• Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization. Please contact Customer Service.
• Unless the result of an AZLH action, all returns will be subject to a restocking charge. (Exception: Copper Care Customers)
• Product considered for return must be a current AZLH offering and in a saleable condition. Merchandise received in nonsaleable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense .

Credit Terms:

• 1%/10 N/30. Discounts taken outside of ten days will be charged back.
• AZLH accepts most major credit cards. Credit card payments do not qualify for discount terms.
• New customers should contact Customer Service to set up accounts.

Special Handling:

• AZLH offers special handling services such as weight restrictions on packages and quantity packaging. Contact Customer Service to discuss specific needs. Additional charges may apply.

Minimum Order:

• AZLH has NO MINIMUM order; however a $5.00 service charge will be applied to orders less than $50.00.

AZLH contracts with domestic and international manufacturers to produce products that meet industry design and quality standards providing the highest value to our customers

LIMITED WARRANTY

AZ Lifting Hardware LLC (AZLH) warrants that the products supplied meet the criteria and specifications as advertised within and that these products will be free of defects in materials or workmanship. As the hardware we distribute may be used in various applications, some of which may not be recommended , and/or such application or usage may actually exceed the intended perfo r m a n ce design or said product AZLH makes no warranty or guarantees beyond what is stated herein. If an AZLH product is found to be defective, AZLH at its sole determination will replace the product or refund the purchase price unless said product is found to have been altered or subjected to misuse.

The remedies stated herein are inclusive of the remedies offered. AZLH will not be liable for losses physical or monetary, delays in production, or any other incidental or consequential claims arising out of the purchase, resale or use of these products. AZLH authorizes no other person to extend additions to or other warranty, either oral or in writing, beyond that which is stated herein.
